Rumors are rife that Sanjay Gadhvi’s highly awaited Dhoom 2, which is under the Yashraj banner, will have a promotional music video just like Dhoom.

Ashutosh Gowarikar has asked Hrithik to undergo training to ride an elephant for Akbar Jodha, since the film has a few action sequences.

Akbar-Jodha is a forthcoming film, to be released next Diwali in 2007. It is being directed and produced by Ashutosh Gowariker, the director of Oscar-nominated Lagaan. It stars Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai in lead roles. Extensive research has gone into the making of this film, and it starts filming in August 2006.

It is about the romance between the Muslim, Mughal Emperor Akbar, played by Hrithik Roshan and his Rajput wife, Jodhabai, played by Aishwarya Rai. The music will be composed by A. R. Rahman.

  • The budget of the film is Rs 37 crore
  • Film will be co produced by UTV
  • There are twelve songs in the movie composed by A.R. Rahman.
