Mumbai - Streax Professional, the leading hair care, color, texture, and styling product range designed for salon professionals, proudly announced the winners of the 'Streax Professional Times India Hair Style Icon 2023'. This competition, recognizing professionals in the cut, color, and style industry, culminated in a grand event in Mumbai, where the finest talents in hairdressing were celebrated.

A panel of industry experts and international celebrity stylists, including Joakim Roos, Yolly Ten Koppel, Vipul Chudasama, and Savio John Pereira, alongside technical experts from Streax Professional, judged the competition.

At this event,  Streax Professional also introduced its latest collection, "Spectrum". Actress Rakul Preet Singh graced the occasion as the showstopper, showcasing a trendsetting hairstyle and color crafted by Vipul Chudasama, Streax Professional’s Artistic Ambassador, complementing the work of Samant Chauhan.

Each color in the collection breathes new life and offers a unique personal style, celebrating individuality. The Spectrum collection is inspired and curated by fashion designer Samant Chauhan, known for his simplicity and clean-cuts. The event celebrated the crowning of Pushkar Sen from Udaipur, Rajasthan, as India’s Hair Style Icon of 2023, with a cash prize of INR 5 lakhs and a trip to attend OMC Fashion World 2024. Pushkar also secured an annual contract with Streax Professional for their annual collection in 2024. The first runner-up, Bikash Sharma from West Bengal, received a cash prize of INR 2.5 lakhs, while the second runner-up, Manish Kumar from Jharkhand, won INR 1.5 lakhs. A total of 12 finalists from 4 zones competed in the final competition.
