Actress Sherleen Dutt, who has been a part of 'KINK' and 'Honey Trap Squad' and was recently seen in the web series Koi Jaye Toh Le Aaye, is back with a brand new web series Shringarika. The actress adds that while she was aware the series would have its own challenges, she was deeply intrigued by the storyline, and wanted to be part of it. “I chose Shringarika because the story is really unique and interesting. It revolves around Shingarika, a king, and his 65 queens, which is such a fresh and entertaining concept. Unlike my past projects, this one blends comedy, drama, and historical elements in a very engaging way. The script instantly caught my attention, and I knew it would be a fun challenge to be a part of it,” she says. Talking about her character, she says, “I play one of the queens, and my character has a speech impairment, which makes her even more funny and endearing. She is a very positive and light-hearted character, always bringing a cheerful energy to the scenes. What makes her special to me is how unique she is—I haven’t played a character like this before, and it allowed me to explore comedy in a new way.”
